What is the latest news regarding the partypoker Mosconi Cup?
The 2020 partypoker Mosconi Cup will now take place at Ricoh Arena, Coventry, a change from its original venue of Alexandra Palace, London. The event will still take place from December 1-4.

Promoters Matchroom Multi Sport are working hard to have fans inside the venue, should it be possible within UK government guidelines. However, all ticket holders will now have their orders automatically refunded.

Should fans be able to attend, those who had tickets booked for this year’s event will be given priority access to purchase tickets.

How do I get a refund of my tickets?
All ticket holders will be automatically refunded to their original payment method.

What if there is an issue with my refund?
If there are any issues in processing a refund, Matchroom Multi Sport’s ticketing partner The Ticket Factory will make direct contact with the ticket holder.

Why has the venue been changed?
In order to implement a full event bubble, the partypoker Mosconi Cup will now take place at Ricoh Arena, Coventry. This venue has a hotel on site, meaning the event can be contained within one secure building. Matchroom Multi Sport and its sister company PDC (Professional Darts Corporation) have already staged a number of successful Covid-secure events at the Ricoh Arena.

When will you know if fans can attend?
Matchroom Multi Sport are continuing to work to have fans attend this year’s event and will make an announcement regarding this as soon as possible.

I had a ticket for this year’s Mosconi Cup. If tickets are made available, will I be guaranteed to be able to purchase one?

All ticket holders who purchased tickets for the 2020 Mosconi Cup will receive priority access to re-purchase tickets should spectators be permitted. At this stage we cannot guarantee ticket availability as we do not know how many fans may be permitted to attend.

When will tickets become available?
Once it is known if fans will be able to attend, Matchroom Multi Sport will work to ensure tickets go on sale as soon as possible. All previous ticket holders will be contacted by email, and news will be posted at matchroompool.com and on Matchroom Pool social media pages.

Will ticket prices change?
Ticket prices will be structured in accordance with how many fans can attend, and in what capacity that will be possible. Ticket prices may change from the original ticket prices.

How can I still be involved?
Matchroom Multi Sport are working on a number of ways in which fans can still be involved and will make announcements in due course.

I was planning to buy Mosconi Cup merchandise at the event. Where can I buy a jersey?

When will tickets for the 2021 Mosconi Cup go on sale?
News on the 2021 Mosconi Cup will be announced in due course.

How can the event take place in the current climate?
The 2020 partypoker Mosconi Cup will take place in a secure bubble. All players, officials and staff will be throat and nasal swab tested on arrival at the event. All those tested will remain in isolation until the test results are confirmed. Strict rules on social distancing and hygiene will remain in place, in line with government guidelines. All those who are tested will remain inside the ‘event bubble’ and will not leave until the conclusion of the event.

Players will compete under Elite Sports Person Exemptions and will be met on arrival to the UK and driven directly to the venue for Covid-19 testing. All players will be required to be tested before travelling to the UK and will only be allowed to board their flights after receiving a negative test result.
